We expect our sellers to treat NSTECK.COM customers well, so that you can get back to doing what you do best – playing. But of course, not everything is always rainbows and butterflies, so we created a back-up plan.
Our Money Back Guarantee is here to cover you in case something goes wrong and the Product doesn’t want to help you out even though they should. Why? Simple – the Software industry needs an awesome free market experience, so that’s what we are creating.
When does Money Back Guarantee apply?
If a digital item you purchased on NSTECK.COM is not as described, doesn’t work or has been removed from your account, you will receive a refund.
How does it work?
1. Report the problem about a specific order to the Support.
Our sellers have 7 days to play the hero and solve your problem. Why should they? Customers (like you) rate them. Good ratings = more Listing Options & money. Bad ratings = Removing the Products.
You can report a problem to the seller right after displaying your key via the "My keys" or "Order history" tabs in your NSTECK Dashboard. You can also contact the seller directly via our Support Center (you must be logged in both cases). Please check our dedicated article on how to contact sellers HERE for more details.
If the seller refuses to help or doesn’t respond within 7 days...
2. File a claim.
The link to the claim will appear in your conversation with the seller once 7 days have passed. If the seller hasn’t solved your problem by then, you can file a claim. If they have, you can just click the “Case solved” button and move on with your life. You can file the claim within 365 days of your purchase.
3. Get your refund.
Once you have submitted the claim with all necessary information, it will be reviewed and proceeded. You'll be updated on the case via e-mail. All refunds will either go to the source of the payment method or to your G2A balance.

What happens to the seller involved?
First, bad customer service has a direct impact on a SELLING rating on our marketplace. Second, all cases reported via Money Back Guarantee are monitored and followed up. Sellers who persistently provide bad customer experience will permanently lose their rights to sell on NSTECK.COM.
